Our Matching Grant Project with Rotary Club of Rajkot Greater,
India. Mammography Machine for cancer clinic! Project completed
February, 2007.

RYLA, October 2007: Our outbound Youth Exchange student,
Dennis Evashenk from Oak Lawn High School. Dennis
will be living in Brazil for the 2008-09 school year!

July 4, 2008: Village of Oak Lawn Parade. Oak Lawn Rotarians
and Outbound Youth Exchange student to Brazil, Dennis
Evashenk pose in front of Temple Solar Oven. Chocolate
chip cookies were served to many of the parade attendees.
Cookies were made on the oven, using only the power of the sun.
These ovens are donated to 3rd world countries in areas lacking
electricity. Rotarians partner with other Rotary clubs around
the world, along with The Rotary Foundation Matching Grant
Program to provide these much needed life-sustaining ovens.
Convertible donated to the Oak Lawn Rotary club from
Mancari Chrysler for the parade!
July 22, 2008: Area 9 Fellowship/Fundraiser at Thunderbolts
baseball game. Mascot with DG Mike Slevnik. Proceeds
donated to Easter Seals.
